Additive Masterbatch

Delmon Bright Additive is an optical brightener in granular form, making it easy to use in terms of handling and measurement. The bright additive functions by absorbing light in the UV-A range and re-emitting light in the visible blue range.

In this way it increases reflection and imparts various shades. This additive functions in coloured plastic products. Optical brightener for PE and PP-based products is also known as a whitening agent.

UV stabilization masterbatch in polyethylene carrier resin for working life of film, tapes, raffia bags, shade net, PP tapes and LDPE film. Polymers are sensitive to degradation by UV light and must be protected when used outdoors.

The degradation depends on exposure time, climatic conditions, heat, thickness and opacity. Contains low molecular weight hindered amine light stabilizer which provides efficient stabilization against degradation from UV radiation and heat exposure.

Anti-blocking masterbatch is mainly used for easy opening and thin films where clarity is required. Anti-block material is chemically inert and dimensionally stable under a wide range of temperatures.

It can effectively reduce adhesion effects of polyolefin plastic products. It increases lubricity and under normal usage ratio does not affect transparency.

Processing aid is an additive designed to assist extrusion processes of thermoplastic resin and increase production rate. It improves processability during production of PE films and blow molding.

It increases output and yield of film with enhanced physical properties.
